FREE Shipping all over the USA.
Thank you for shopping at VentaPak. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing time:
Orders are processed within 24 hours.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If you have not received your VentaPak, please check the status of the shipment with the carrier and tracking # provided. You can also contact us and we will do our best to help you understand and resolve the shipping issue and ensure you receive VentaPak(s) ordered in a satisfactory manner.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping is free in the USA.  We ship by UPS or USPS  

Shipment to P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses:
VentaPak ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

When the FREE Shipping is not Applicable:
Cancelling items, combining orders, or changing the shipping address, speed, or preference might affect the order’s eligibility for Free Shipping.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:
VentaPak is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed  during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc)

Damages:
VantaPak Is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Change in Policy:
Ventapak reserves the right to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time.

International Shipping Policy:
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
