What size should I buy?
What are the benefits of using a VentaPak?

    The VentaPak transforms wearing a backpack into a more comfortable, cool and dry experience.
    Designed as an accessory to fit standard-sized backpacs, the VentaPak clips on quickly via specialized attachment mechanisms.

    True separation between your pack and backpack enables major airflow and effective ventilation vs. heat and sweat buildup.

  • Improve Posture
    By shifting your pack off your back, straps approach your shoulders more horizontally and gently tug them back. This dynamic, coupled with the mesh supporting your lower back, improves posture and ergonomics to maintain back and shoulder health.

  • Reduce Back Strain
    Backpack weight is distributed more evenly across your back by the mesh. Nonflat items in your pack will also not dig into your back.
Can I use VentaPak if I have chronic backpain?

Yes. Though we don't guarantee it and it depends on your situation, you may experience that VentaPak helps. This is because it better distributes weight and transfers it from the backpack through the curved frame more horizontally into the strongest, thoracic area of the spine. Leading physical therapists recommend VentaPak for this reason. If you find that it does not help, then don't use it.

What's the maximum weight I can use with VentaPak?

VentaPak has been used for heavy backpacks without a problem. As one customer in the USA military/special forces said in a review: I use my VentaPak nearly every day in special operations and find the increased airflow and more ergonomically efficient displacement of weight is a life changing difference on long rucks. I’ve used my VentaPak with weight from 35lbs to 89lbs and the weight feels significantly lighter.

Ordering

What if I want to cancel my order?

Orders are routed to our fulfillment partner within 1-2 hours, so it is not usually not possible to cancel an order. If you send an email to support@ventapak.com within the hour, we may be able to cancel it.

I haven't recieved my confirmation, what should I do?

Please wait and see if it arrives within a week, usually 3-4 days as standard UPS or USPS. You can email support@ventapak.com if there are any issues.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

VentaPak is only available in the USA and we ship to all states as well as APO zip codes. We ship standard shipping through Amazon Fulfillment Services, which uses UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Can I track my order?

https://www.ventapak.com/pages/shipping-policy You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Do you offer express shipping?

No. If you need within 2 days, try VentaPak on Amazon Prime.

What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If you have not received your VentaPak, please check the status of the shipment with the carrier and tracking # provided. You can also contact us and we will do our best to help you understand and resolve the shipping issue and ensure you receive VentaPak(s) ordered in a satisfactory manner.

Shipping is free in the USA. We ship by UPS or USPS Please contact us using the form in "CONTACT" area or support@ventapak.com if you are not in the USA and would like a VentaPak. We will let you know if there are option(s) for you to get a VentaPak.

Returns

What if I want to return my VentaPak?

Please contact support@ventapak.com and we will send you instructions on how to return VentaPak.

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 30 days to return your VentaPak.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund within 1 week of our receiving it.

What is your warranty policy?

Your VentaPak is guaranteed against defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, under the terms and conditions of this warranty from the manufacturer.

  • Proof of purchase is necessary.
  • The warranty is not valid for changes in the appearance of the product.
