Our Story

After commuting by bike in Manhattan for years, New York City-based entrepreneur Mark Dingle realised there was one big problem distracting hime from the pleasures of his daily ride: a sweaty back and a backpack pressing into his spine.

He realized he had to "get his pack off his back" to get the airflow and cooling he needed. Together with physical therapists he created an early prototype that would become the VentaPak, and launched a successful Kickstarter campaign to fund it.

Going from strength to strength, Ventapak is now cooling the backs and keeping the weight off for thousands of people across the world.
